The complete set of folders the caller currently has expanded
Ids of every folder the caller currently has expanded, across every project they can see; an empty list clears the stored state. Folders absent from the list are collapsed, so no explicit false is sent — send this only once every expanded folder's children pages are loaded. A nested folder must be listed together with its parent, which a root folder does not need; a child sent without its parent is rejected
